Meet Chris Hanson

Chris discovered his fondness for historic homes while working construction jobs in his teenage years. In college, he studied fine art and science with concentrations in graphic design and architecture, which provided a unique perspective and shaped the trajectory of his career.

Over the next decade, Chris lived his performing dreams as part of a ska/funk band, Perfect Thyroid. Perfect Thyroid performed shows with the likes of The Violent Femmes, The Wailers, Chuck Barry, and even the boss himself, Bruce Springsteen.

Later, Chris tackled a passion for private, improvement-based real estate investment, becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2005. He worked with several brokerage firms as a top producer before founding his firm, Hanson Real Estate Partners, in 2016.
